We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM. The receptionist was friendly enough, and our room was on the second floor. It was spacious and clean. The problem was, when we wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water (it was off). It was already late at night, and we had to continue our journey the next morning. Breakfast was also mediocre: the fruit was gone, there were only two waiters, and the tables were littered with dirty dishes that hadn't been cleaned. For a hotel of this class, the rates were too high.

I really enjoyed staying here. I got off at Tegineneng Station. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a Go-Car or Go-Jek. So I called the hotel and asked for a ride to pick me up at the station. The response was excellent, and the hotel car arrived in no time. The price was also very affordable. Next time, I think I'll just order a hotel pick-up and drop-off. I don't know where we'd find a motorcycle taxi with all that luggage if we didn't get picked up from the hotel. The plan was to stay at the hotel because our flight was at 7:20 and we got free airport transfers from the hotel. The important thing was to inform the receptionist. That night, we ordered dinner. It was cheap and delicious, and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for breakfast at the hotel. It's actually available at 5:30 (which is a real plus), but I'm not used to eating so early. Well, that was my experience. The room was adequate, perfect for those just transiting before or after a flight. It was clean, with cool air conditioning, and comfortable.

During the check-in and check-out process, the hotel staff were friendly and escorted us to our rooms nicely.
