The hotel staff was friendly, allowing us to check in at 12:00 PM and providing free breakfast for two people, even though we only booked a room. However, breakfast hours are limited, starting at 6:30 AM and being ready by 8:00 AM. Location-wise, the hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, and more. The room and toilet were clean, and I liked the excellent lighting, as some hotels often have poor lighting. Thanks, Mustika Ratu Pangandaran. We'll definitely stay here again next time. 🫶🏻

Always a regular stay here... the service is all great.. friendly and pleasant everyone.. clean rooms.. cold AC is really nice.. and of course, the beach is really close... besides that, I was offered a room upgrade to deluxe at no cost and got breakfast for 2 people... really amazing.. more success huh.... thank you all.. see you again next holiday...

The hotel is close to Pangandaran's west coast, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There's a kid-friendly pool. I booked a deluxe room on Traveloka and didn't get breakfast, but the hotel staff gave me a complimentary free breakfast. Great, I've been to Mustika Ratu three times. It's perfect for families.

I booked a deluxe twin room and happened to be outside, but the hotel was very kind and offered to upgrade to a family room at no additional cost. The room and atmosphere are also comfortable for families or groups.

This hotel is highly recommended for those of you visiting Pangandaran. The hotel is very budget-friendly, and the facilities and staff are truly excellent, surpassing those of a 5-star hotel. There's a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. in Pangandaran, even though we were just checking in at 2 p.m., but they said we could check in early because the previous guest had already checked out early and the room was already clean and tidy. We were planning on going on a culinary trip, so we purposely didn't take the breakfast package at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free breakfast from the hotel. The food was delicious. The best part was the abundance of snacks in front of the hotel. Next time we go to Pangandaran, we'll definitely stay here again.
