I complained to the front desk about why they didn't tell me what time breakfast was from and what time it was served upon check-in. They only told me it was from 5:30 AM until sold out, even though there were quite a lot of guests staying. However, after complaining the next day, things changed. I hope the hotel management can at least offer some variety for breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the employee suddenly entered the room without permission and knocked on the door. My wife was in the room when the employee suddenly opened the door and my wife was shocked. Please teach the employees more about being friendly to people who stay here.
