The bathroom was full of cockroaches and worms, and the room smelled musty when you entered the room.

Thankfully, the location is strategic, not far from the city center, close to the food court, and within walking distance to Jam Gadang Park. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable.

The cleanliness and service aspects need to be improved. Guests who are staying should be helped to carry their belongings immediately, instead of having to ask for it first and then have it done.

Royal Denai View is cheap, but the facilities plus breakfast are delicious and there are many menu choices, and the staff are all friendly.

Ragged furniture, shabby towels, awful bathroom

It's a shame that they are not trustworthy.. they even left the tripod behind, there's no way it wasn't in the room even though they haven't checked out yet last night.

The room is comfortable and clean, although sometimes when you first enter it smells musty, probably because of poor air circulation. But so far it's comfortable... the breakfast is also delicious... 😊

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable at an affordable price. The location is also close to Limpapeh Bridge, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Clock Tower. The only downside is that the bathroom is in the upper corner near the exhaust, where there's visible black mold.
