It's very close to Tugu Station and Malioboro, just a short walk away. If you're having trouble carrying a lot of luggage, you can ask the porter at Tugu Station to help you carry or pick up your things at Hotel Neo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable.

The destination wasn't far. I was just across the station because I was taking the train. Malioboro was a short walk. Breakfast at the hotel was a comprehensive menu. What else?
