The hotel's exterior looks old, but the interior is well-maintained and clean. The staff are well-trained, and they reliably arranged a taxi for me early in the morning. Access to Sudirman Street is inconvenient, requiring a long detour whether walking or driving. However, it's within walking distance of the LRT station, making it a convenient location for those using the LRT. Access to the MRT station is poor. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price.

The hallway smells like incense, feels like going to a black magic shaman's house. 4. The AC is not cold. 5. Breakfast lacks variety and tastes ordinary. 6. FREE Taxi access to enter the parking lot up to the lobby is only for the blue bird, the problematic green taxi doesn't want to enter because it has to pay for parking even if it's just for drop-off and pickup.

The room as a whole was actually big, but sadly it’s separated by a bathroom corridor, so it creates two separate rooms: a sofa area with a table and the bedroom. If only the two rooms could be together side by side, then it would be wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and definitely affordable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is also kind and friendly. It's all great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with every step of the process. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, with top-notch amenities. However, the only tissues provided were in the bathroom. It would be a good idea to provide tissues on the room's desk to avoid the hassle of running back and forth for them.
