The toilet in the room smells, the soap is so limited, I even ran out of it in the morning. Please help the staff who guard the swimming pool to be on standby, they're just having fun lying in the room. In fact, I'm the one who went to them. So why aren't there towels for swimming? Is it management policy or what? My nephew said he didn't get a towel for swimming, he had to bring one from his room.

Upon entering the Harum Hotel lobby, there was a welcome drink of infused water while waiting for our room. The receptionist was friendly both during check-in and checkout. The room was up to hotel standards, quite clean, with cool air conditioning and a hot shower. The swimming pool was also comfortable. It's a shame the TV isn't a smart TV yet, but that's okay. The first time I stayed at this hotel, I thought it would be as satisfying as Harper, but I had a bad experience staying at this hotel, the bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets were also dirty, the JD room atmosphere was uncomfortable, the hair dryer was not loaned, for the price of 700 thousand and above, this is really not worth it, disappointed to stay at this hotel, and the food was also standard, not to my taste, less than satisfactory even though there are many variants available, many disappointing experiences at this hotel which made me uncomfortable and maybe I don't want to book this hotel again
