Staying at Cittismart Hotel BSD is always a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean and tidy. The breakfast menu is also quite standard.

The location is strategic... unfortunately, the glasses provided were not clean... there were lipstick marks left by the previous customer. And honestly, this was really bad. The rest was okay.

The hotel is minimalist but the room is very homey, it feels like your own room. Maybe the suggestion is that you can add more breakfast menu and pay attention to the taste because in my opinion, fried rice mixed with fried vermicelli is not very satisfying and there are no crackers either.

The hotel is comfortable, but the food should be a buffet so it would be delicious.

Strategic location & cheap price

The room smells musty, the elevator smells of cigarettes, not recommended for families.

The hotel is located in front of Eka Hospital, easy to find, but the parking lot doesn't have a fence, the staff is friendly, the food is quite good, the price per room is quite worth it, you can refill drinking water at the dispenser.

For parents who want to take their children to the Atmajaya BSD campus, the hotel is located close to Atmajaya BSD University, with lots of places to eat, highly recommended.

The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. The best hotel in its class.
