Cons:
1. A sharia-compliant hotel, but it doesn't pay attention to the cleanliness of its mosque toilets. When I went to the mosque toilet while waiting to check in, there was a rat in the drain. The prayer mat was dirty and covered in sand.
2. The Wi-Fi was poor.
3. In my opinion, for the price, which is not cheap (400++ Rupiah), I was quite disappointed that I couldn't get refills on mineral water.
4. Breakfast:
a. When I asked what the noodle stall/station was, the kitchen staff replied that it was for refills on fried rice, as everything else for breakfast was already available on the buffet.
b. The buffet was often empty and refills were slow. Even the condiment porridge, as far as I could see, wasn't refilled when the shredded chicken ran out.
c. Pancakes/Waffles: At 7:30 a.m., I wanted to ask for more and asked, "Are you out of waffles, ma'am? Haven't you made any more yet?" The greeter answered in a low, unclear voice, and I understood that the batter had run out. It was only 7:30 a.m., and all breakfast items should have been ready by closing time (9:00 a.m.).
Pluses:
1. Rooms are quite large and comfortable
2. Bathrooms are clean
3. Private pool facilities
4. Playground & mini water park
