I booked 3 rooms: 2 deluxe rooms and a family room, and all of them specified "No Smoking." However, I was given a separate floor for one of the rooms. There were several problems:
1. The rooms weren't on the same floor.
2. One room was assigned a smoking area even though it had clearly been requested as "No Smoking."
3. The room was incredibly dirty, the bathroom was also dirty, and even the AC in my room on the first floor was hot.
4. The AC in the family room on the fourth floor was so hot that my son and father couldn't sleep. Despite being exhausted, we had to call a technician at 4 a.m. to fix it before we could sleep.

Regarding point 1, the problem was resolved, but a new one arose because we were given a room on the first floor near a 24-hour restaurant, which smelled of cigarettes and was noisy.
The hallway was also incredibly dirty.
This was our most unpleasant experience, our first stay in Purwokerto at a hotel that wasn't recommended, especially since I was bringing two elderly parents and one person with a disability. --
As for the breakfast, I admit it was quite tasty, both in terms of presentation and taste.
This is my first time writing a complaint about the inconvenience of this hotel, which I booked through the app. I hope this complaint will help improve the service and comfort of the Wisata Niaga hotel in the future, and I hope the app can also filter better hotels. Thank you.
