Staying here is better if you use Maxim or an online taxi to get around. Don't bring your own car. Parking is difficult. Breakfast was delicious... The best part is that it's close to the CFD location, so you can join the culinary tour there...

Breakfast at the cafe, so I joined the cafe's regulars. Fruit and bread refills were slow, and it seemed like the hotel guests weren't really cared for, as when the cafe was crowded, they prioritized the cafe.

On a business trip

It's funny how the hotel ran out of towels. My child ran out of towels just trying to take a shower. When asked how long it would take, they said they were waiting. Maybe they were waiting for the heat to dry.

I was unlucky enough to get a room that only looked at the surrounding walls for 520 thousand rupiah. For breakfast, I got soto which was oh so salty. It's not suitable for bringing my wife and children. Parking is very narrow.

Cons: Wi-Fi signal is weak, soundproofing is poor, so noise from outside is a nuisance. Towels aren't provided upon check-in, so guests have to wait.

For breakfast, you only have to choose one menu. The room is small, and the windows offer no view. For a hotel of this class and price, others are much better.

I've stayed at Hotel Anugerah three times, but the last time was incredibly uncomfortable. I stayed in room 310. The mattress was incredibly hard, like a pillow on the floor. Please replace or improve the mattress. It's a shame that the excellent service, friendly staff, and comfortable access could be ruined by a mattress that's not good for your spine.
