Thank God, I got a room on the first floor so it was safe to bring elderly people to stay as requested because I was bringing elderly people, but the hot water was not hot.

First time staying at this hotel, the service was good, the facilities were okay. The only downside is that the bathroom toilet looks like it needs repairing, it's cracked and looks unsightly.

The bathroom was a bit smelly, but overall it was comfortable.

Okay for bringing the family on holiday in Sukabumi... The swimming pool & breakfast area are very cozy... Only the TV wifi keeps going off and the indoor parking is small, but overall it's satisfying.

The rooftop cafe is beautiful. Unfortunately, I got a room without a window, and there was no information on the reservation, but it was very close to the pool. So far, I've been quite satisfied with my stay at Fresh Hotel.

The room AC is not cold, the door lock is loose on one side, the water heater doesn't produce warm water
