The air conditioning is kind of small for a quite big room and sometimes there is some noise, but overall it was a great hotel with a spacious room. Just a bit extra needs to be maintained for a better experience.

An older hotel, but very well-maintained and clean. It could use a few touch-ups to make it even better. It's centrally located and close to everything. I'd definitely return if I were in Bogor.

Next time I plan to stay here again.

The room is quite spacious, with a balcony that connects to the next room. However, due to its location right on the main road, noise is quite audible, especially when trying to sleep. Hopefully, the breakfast can be improved in the future with more variety and a better taste. Thank you.

Quiet hotel suitable for resting, clean rooms, delicious and varied food.

I stayed from July 10-12. The location is quite strategic, everywhere is close, taking Grab is also cheap to go everywhere. The room is nice, big, clean, but it is very noisy at night because there are motorbike racing, it is very annoying. The gym equipment is all broken. I asked the staff, they said they wanted to get the battery, but they waited and didn't come... 😅 For the staff, try to be friendlier and smile because they look very stiff, especially for a 4-star hotel. For the food, I was quite surprised that it is 4-star but why is it so standard. Like the chicken porridge is very cold, the food lacks taste. Try to improve the management again... because the hotel is already very good. Thank you, a little input from me 🙏

It perfectly meets the expectations of Gen Xers like me and my friends. The interior is uncluttered, clean, and comfortable, and the reception staff is friendly.

All is good, but the balcony has no air. It's full of windows, so it's hot. Another room has an outdoor AC on the balcony, so it's not comfortable to sit there. And for the mirror, instead of hanging there, it's better above the table. Replace the mirror with a painting or something else, so the mirror can be useful.

The hotel is close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and in front of the hotel there are many culinary and supermarkets, I recommend it.

Check-in and check-out are easy. Ample parking is available in the basement or ground floor (in front of the lobby). Requesting a compliment is also easy. Upon check-in, your room and compliment are ready without having to wait.
