When I go to Makassar, I always stay at the Phinnisi Hotel because it is close to everywhere.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is recommended, especially the fried rice, the check-in process is fast and the check-out process is fast and you don't have to wait in line for too long.

The hotel is easy to reach... Not far from tourist attractions... Friendly service... Cleanliness and room service are good... The breakfast menu is varied.

The hotel is affordable, centrally located, has a cool and elegant lobby, and the staff in the lobby, restaurant, and security are very friendly. They help carry your luggage. Check-in is available at 12:30 PM, while other hotels usually check in at 2:00 PM. The food is delicious. The room was clean and quite spacious, although the furnishings were a bit dated. I liked the four pillows and the white/bright lighting. The sheets and towels were standard, similar to other 3-star hotels, a bit shabby. The exhaust fan in the bathroom on the 7th floor didn't work. But the bathroom was clean. When I first entered the room, it smelled great. The Wi-Fi was good, and the TV was good, but the broadcast quality was a bit lacking. Thank you.

The hotel is nice and strategically located close to many culinary and tourist attractions such as Losari Beach and CPI.

Very happy to stay at this hotel, but the wifi is hard to connect

the hotel location is very strategic, near the Mall, Losari beach, hospital, the food is very varied... very suitable to stay if there is an event.. I stayed because there was a very memorable high school graduation event for my daughter with my other family... check in time can be earlier, food orders are delivered very quickly to the room on the 9th floor still want to stay at this hotel..

For the few times I have stayed here. Value for money for a short period stay here. The location is close to the beach, fairly easy access to everywhere. Recommended

Staff is quite responsive, good. Wifi is ok. AC is great. Breakfast, good. Lobby and restaurant are well maintained. The bathroom is quite clean although there is a fairly large hole that is quite deep (as if it was drilled) in the shower wall ceramic. Room, so-so, I got a smoking bedroom (even though we requested non-smoking), even then there were still cigarette ash residue in the drawer. The pillows, although they seemed to have been washed, still had lots of stains.

Overall it is very good, it's just that the water didn't flow at one point but it was responded to and handled quickly.
