Good room, strategic place, very recommended.

Located very close to Simpang Lima, it's highly recommended for those vacationing in Semarang. The cleanliness and ambiance of the rooms are quite comfortable.

It's better not to take the breakfast. The food is not edible. The room is cramped... The food is not ready. You have to wait a long time for the spoons and plates and glasses. There are only two staff members who prepare the food. It's a mess for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and strategically located. The staff is very friendly to all guests.

All the elements in this hotel are very good, except for one thing: the car parking area. It is very narrow. Cars have to move forward and backward 2-3 times to be able to maneuver to change floors.

The hotel isn't fantastic, but it's good enough for the price. The good thing is that if you book a twin-bed room, the beds are large enough for two people. The air conditioning is cool, and it's close to Simpang Lima.

I swear, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've been to many cities and tried various star-rated hotels, but the service here was the worst. At breakfast, many of the menu items were empty, even though it was only 8:00 (and they themselves scheduled it to arrive at 8:00). They only had fried rice and fried noodles. There were no refills, and the street vendors' food still tasted delicious. And if you have a decent-sized car like a Pajero or Innova, don't stay here. The parking lot is cramped. Many cars were scratched due to inhumane parking. This hotel's only advantage is its location, which is at Simpang Lima. Other than that, there's nothing worth judging. What a terrible experience! We didn't get any compensation because the breakfast coupon they gave us was useless. All the food was gone! Empty plates, empty glasses, and no spoons. It's a real turnoff! A 4-star hotel, but it's still better than 2- or 3-star hotels!

So far so good, in the middle of the city with a view of Simpang Lima.

The parking lot's aisles are narrow in some places, especially around sharp turns. If you're parking, it's best to leave it to valet parking, as the parking lot walls are visibly scratched by car bodies. Access from the lobby to the elevator is via a downward staircase, which may be difficult for people with disabilities. Breakfast seems limited, so if you're staying at a busy hotel, make sure you get breakfast early.

The location is good. The parking lot is small, but the valet parking is helpful. The restaurant for breakfast was still full even after arriving twice. The staff was very helpful in finding a place. The menu selection is also limited. The swimming pool is nice. Overall, it's okay.

Strategic hotel in the heart of Semarang. Stayed 2 days and 1 night at Louis Kienne Simpang Lima. Very impressive. I requested a room on the highest floor for a good view, and the view was indeed excellent. I think the 20th floor is sufficient. Atmosphere/Facilities: Comfortable, clean. Food: Delicious food. Staff Assistance: Since I had two vehicles, I registered my e-toll card in the lobby upon check-in, and the process was quick. The receptionist was very helpful, even though it was very busy. Highlights: The swimming pool on the 23rd floor, with its infinity pool, is very modern. Price: Prices during high season are around 800,000 Rupiah, but during off-season it seems affordable. Location: Close to Simpang Lima, Citraland, and the city center.

The car park is very narrow, not recommended for long/large cars. For a hotel with many rooms, the restaurant is not very representative. There are only about 10 dining tables available. The only advantage of this hotel is its location, close to Simpang Lima.

Please provide additional facilities for pedestrians carrying suitcases. From the lobby to the elevator. To make everything easier. Overall, it is recommended.
