Strategic location, right in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. However, the parking lot is narrow, so you have to be extra careful.

The hotel's views are incredible, overlooking the city of Simpang Lima Semarang and the exotic mountains. The room lighting is a bit dim, and the TV isn't smart yet. Breakfast could be more varied. Please improve this further; everything else is fine.

The hotel room was clean, but the shower area should have a barrier so the water doesn't flow into the sink. Please pay attention to the breakfast menu, the menu was always the same throughout the stay, lacking variety. It's a bit of a hassle to bring luggage because you have to go down the stairs to get to the hotel elevator, the parking lot is narrow, and if you park, you're prone to scratches from the walls if you're not careful.

The staff were friendly and responsive. The aroma of the restaurant made me lose my appetite. I went to the restaurant at 8 am but the fried rice was already sold out. The restaurant's ambiance was less appealing, perhaps because the interior and furniture were very old. The bedroom was large, but the color of the sheets was no longer the clean white of a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a musty smell, likely from the damp foot mat that hadn't been changed.

Love the view from the rooftop. Access for parking is quite unsafe for the beginner driver, the space is too narrow and small. But the view from the room is really great!

The food lacked variety, as if it weren't a 4-star hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the sink was clogged and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. There were lots of children running around in the hallway, disrupting our rest. Several times, someone knocked on the door while the children were playing. During our lunch break, someone knocked on the wall several times, disrupting our rest. When we responded, the maintenance staff knocked on the door and reprimanded them, even though the banging was originally from the room next door, disrupting our rest. Please improve the comfort level by having maintenance or cleaning the rooms so that they don't disturb other rooms. The food should also be more varied. The parking lot is very narrow. Thank you.
