Friendly staff, fast response, location near the main road but not noisy, as soon as you enter the room the fragrance is overwhelming, maybe it would be better to change the fragrance to a softer one (?).

Decent room, mediocre cleanliness, bedsheets are not stain free, furniture are not cleaned that well

Staff is nice and accomodating. Room does not feel entirely clean, with stains on the walls and also bedsheets that are washed but still stained. The toilet also smells of gutter, especially from the sink

I've stayed here 5 times. But yesterday I was a bit annoyed when the water went out at 4 am. The hotel staff said they forgot to turn it on to fill the water tank. So I had to wait more than 30 minutes to go to the toilet. Really disappointed.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, fragrant, good service, delicious food, easy access to the city center, from the time of the proposal to the wedding, I always book 6 rooms for my husband's family here.
