I stayed here as a sales person working at a sugar factory near here. The location is very strategic, the hotel is generally clean and the breakfast food is also delicious.

Decent room, mediocre cleanliness, bedsheets are not stain free, furniture are not cleaned that well

Staff is nice and accomodating. Room does not feel entirely clean, with stains on the walls and also bedsheets that are washed but still stained. The toilet also smells of gutter, especially from the sink

I have stayed at this hotel 7 times and for me this is the best hotel in Bandar Jaya with affordable price and full facilities.

I've stayed here 5 times. But yesterday I was a bit annoyed when the water went out at 4 am. The hotel staff said they forgot to turn it on to fill the water tank. So I had to wait more than 30 minutes to go to the toilet. Really disappointed.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, fragrant, good service, delicious food, easy access to the city center, from the time of the proposal to the wedding, I always book 6 rooms for my husband's family here.

Highly recommended for a stay with a home-like atmosphere.

Overall the room is nice and clean, there are just mosquitoes, please arrange how to keep mosquitoes out of the room, it seems like they enter through the bathroom blower hole when the room is left and the key is removed, the blower will turn off and mosquitoes can enter

Stayed here twice with my husband, in the same room as last month.. the staff is friendly, even though it is on the side of the road, it is not noisy in the room area.. it is comfortable here..
