The location is quite strategic, close to MTC and Megamall (which unfortunately isn't open yet). It's also close to Trufarm and Domino's Pizza. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning isn't very cool.

But maybe I want to give a suggestion regarding the temperature, why is it that every day the central AC is not cold enough even though the temperature is already 16 degrees but it's still not cold enough, but at night it's cold. Why is that? Not only in my room, but in another room it's the same. Maybe that's all my input, but this is the best hotel in my opinion, the best in terms of price, service, strategic location to the city center, and culinary delights are also abundant and close. If you return to Manado, you must choose Biz Hotel Manado.
