The staff was friendly. The hotel was actually nice, but it just needed some maintenance. The elevator wasn't working, but there were hotel staff who helped with luggage. It was okay to eat late because we had to go to the tourist attractions early in the morning.

This time the experience of staying was very unpleasant, the electricity went out at night many times so the AC did not work the room became hot and humid there was no lighting. Already complained directly to the staff but it still went out again. It is really uncomfortable to stay without electricity. Not according to the price. Not worth it. Dipinggir kolam renang ada beberapa kotoran ayam, kamar mandi beraroma tidak sedap & ada biaya tambahan untuk sarapan anak.

Kamar luas tetapi masih terdapat bangun yang kurang di renovasi dan makan nya juga standar sekali. Seperti kamar 206 ada bocor dari kran nya. Dan lampu kamar banyak yang redup kurang terang, seperti kamar 201.
