The location is great, but the cleanliness is lacking due to spiders and webs in some areas. The bed is described as a queen size, but it's not a 160, but a 140. The picture also states there are towels for bathing, but when I was there, there weren't any. There were several dogs loose, which made me, as a Muslim, uncomfortable walking around the inn. The TV is also a 21-inch tube, which makes the kids sulky when watching the blurry TV, and there are only 4 MNC Group channels. Breakfast is delivered to your room: white rice + grilled chicken in soy sauce + tofu & tempeh + crackers + chili sauce + cucumber & tomato.

I got a room in rampak 4 for the facilities it was lacking in my opinion because when I stayed the TV was broken and the dispenser leaked when it was turned on and when I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. so I was a bit less pleasant.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's far from the noise of the city, it feels like living in a village, the atmosphere is calm, cool, perfect for refreshing the family. I suggest that if you come here, bring food supplies because it's far from restaurants but it's affordable to order food online, hotels. They also provide food orders, but not many variations.. basically, I want to come here again, really recommended...

The staff is friendly and if we have a complaint it is immediately responded to. Clean soft mattress. The place is cold and even if you don't use AC, it's already nice. But weekends are very quiet, right? It's too quiet so it's a bit scary.

Everything is okay, except for those who are sensitive to sound, don't stay here. Two night stay, every night full karaoke 🤦‍♀️
