After checking in, I immediately got my room. Parking is available in front of the room. The room is clean, and there are plenty of outdoor facilities. It's definitely a pleasure to bring small children. 🥰

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at, with plenty of children's play areas and animals. It's quite chilly at night in the Ciwidey area. Breakfast could be more varied and plentiful... The swimming pool is nice and spacious.

Beautiful, clean, and with friendly service. Highly recommended for couples or families.

Standard cottage, room 102 Two single beds pushed together, making it quite comfortable for two adults and two children. - The table under the TV isn't level, so it's used for drinks, which is a risk of spilling. There's another dressing table where you can put food and drinks, so it's a dud. - The AC feels cold when sitting at the dressing table. From the bed, you can feel the breeze from outside, even with the door tightly closed. - The towel hanger fits perfectly above the toilet. It's not great for me, because it's a hassle when I want to flush, and the towel covers it. I imagine the towel slipping into the toilet (even though the toilet is closed, it's still hanging), even though it could be on the wall in front of the toilet. There's also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. - The shower knob was hard to pull. It slipped and slipped, so it took a long time to pull it, and then I was finished showering. So I was showering while pulling the shower knob. - The TV was still cable, but at least there was some kids' entertainment. - Breakfast was just okay. You could have asked for a takeaway if you wanted to check out early. - The receptionist told me that on weekends, the pool only uses heated water. So the kids' pool was very cold. The adult pool, perhaps because it was exposed to the sun, wasn't as cold as the kids' pool.

the location is very strategic, close to ranca upas or white crater, the room is okay but maybe the cleanliness can be improved, the bathroom in the room smells, the water is not hot, when we arrived there the swimming pool was not operating, even though we chose there because there is a proper swimming pool for children to play. breakfast should be from 6-10 but we arrived at 6.50 and couldn't have breakfast, the breakfast is a la carte not buffet.

We were very happy to stay at Ciwidey Valletta resort, the children were very happy playing there.

The lights are very dim, so it's very dark at night. Lack of lighting. The pool is always dirty, there are animals and leaves in the pool. It should be cleaned more often.

You have to put down an ID card like a KTP, if you don't have a deposit, the breakfast food is just ordinary, the children's facilities are just ordinary, only a playground and a warm water swimming pool, there is no adult swimming pool.

The bathroom smells bad. Lots of leaves and twigs fell on the balcony but were not cleaned. Dirty swimming pool (lots of leaves and dead animals).

I like the atmosphere and comfort of staying here after traveling around Ciwidey, where children can still play with the playground and water park facilities. Maybe later if I go to Ciwidey with my family again, this hotel will be the main choice.

Okay, just the children's pool is not very clean. The rest is satisfying, the room is spacious, the service is good, friendly and good.

very cozy place to stay, friendly service, beautiful view, many choices of breakfast, it also tastes good large swimming pool & many choices of play rides. clean resort area, children's play area too because I got a room on the 2nd floor, what I like the most is that there is a balcony, so I can sit outside while drinking coffee & enjoying the mountain view all worth it 👍🏻👍🏻

Dirty rooms, dirty waterpark, slow wifi, bad signal, water heater sometimes works sometimes doesn't.
