The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the room was ready, we were allowed to check in early. The room and hotel were clean and well-maintained. All good.

One day healing, traffic was so bad during the holiday. It took 2.5 hours to go there. The hotel is good. It is near to everything. We visited the St. Joseph Church and chilled out with the nursing home and shared food and snacks with the elderly there. God bless.

The room atmosphere is comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are quiet even when the room is full. The corridors are carpeted so there's no sound of footsteps. The breakfast restaurant is in new condition and there's a swimming pool...👍 (I always come back when I'm in Sukabumi City)

Staying at Horison was worth it. The service was comparable to a 4-star hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was good and varied, and the pool was clean. My only comment is that the room options could be expanded to include more spacious rooms, especially for families. The rooms at Horison felt cramped. Otherwise, everything was fine.
