The hotel staff was friendly. We booked a twin room and were given a double room. Even though upgrading to a double room requires a fee, this one was free. The food is delicious; I've stayed here many times since 2017.

When the lights are turned off, small cockroaches come out of the room. The washbasin water is a bit small. The AC is not cold enough, but it's okay.

I once left my cell phone at the reception desk, and then I got a call, the lady was honest, the cleaning staff were also friendly, and the employees were honest.
