First time to this hotel and got good service, next time will visit again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. Room service and food were excellent.

Stayed just one night. The facilities are quite appropriate for the price, it's worth it. Breakfast is provided with a fairly varied menu. You could say it's very cheap. Only the room furniture looks old/old... but it's okay... it doesn't interfere with comfort. The hotel is clean... there is a prayer room facility downstairs. In the room provided a prayer mat and Quran. Thank you. Could be an option if there is another event in Solo.

The staff are all friendly. If they get another promotion, I'll definitely stop by again.

Strategic location near UNS and UMS.

This is the most comfortable hotel at an affordable price. Besides the service and cleanliness, I was impressed by the 24-hour audio murottal on every floor of the hotel, it was very calming and added to customer comfort. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, very clean, the wifi was smooth, the room and bathroom were spacious compared to other hotels with the same rate. The room was not damp, only the paint was starting to peel a little but it did not affect my comfort during my stay. The wide windows allow sunlight to freely enter the room if the curtains were opened, and this seems to be why the room was not damp. The trees also add to the coolness of the hotel area, and parking is easy. But what surprised me a bit, there is no elevator in such a nice hotel, so for me as a wheelchair user, I had to use some kind of evacuation route to get to the upper floor which was through the hotel kitchen. Actually, it was not a problem, because the shortcomings were offset by the friendliness of the staff and other advantages provided by the hotel, so as a customer, I was very satisfied and comfortable staying at Multazam Hotel. Hopefully in the future this hotel will continue to develop and many visitors. Aamiin.

The location is very close to UMS so it is strategic if there are needs such as accompanying exams or graduations 🤩. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful 😊. Even if you book a room without breakfast, there are several breakfast options available along the road 👌. The breakfast menu is standard. Perhaps what needs to be improved is the staff at the restaurant. Some staff often chat and turn their backs to the inside of the restaurant so if you need help in the middle of eating, you have to get up and approach. As for the room, it looks clean, but there are flies inside when you first enter. The AC is not very cold and it takes quite a long time to lower the room temperature. There are prayer mats in the room (hopefully the prayer mats are cleaned regularly). The bathroom is spacious but there is no divider between the shower and toilet so the floor is prone to mud and slippery. Oh yes, even though the room looks quite old, the atmosphere is safe and comfortable, especially along the hallway, holy verses are always played and every prayer time the call to prayer will be heard. So, it is very Muslim friendly in accordance with the sharia concept 🤍. Overall, this hotel is recommended for short business trips at UMS and of course for resting purposes 🫶.
