The room was shabby, the sheets were all yellow and had lots of stains. The room photos didn't match the reality. I asked for the blanket to be replaced, when I returned to the room the blanket that had been replaced was placed on a chair (second photo) the CS had no ethics. Entering the hotel felt barren and scary, but sure enough, at 3 am there was a woman screaming for help. In short, it was a very bad experience. Don't believe me, just try it.

Yes: The location is close to our destination, the staff is friendly. No: The room wasn't fresh, the towels were changed on time, when we returned to the hotel at night, a stranger without an access card came up the elevator. It was really difficult. Finally, at 1:00 AM, we woke up to go to the bathroom, heard water coming from the next room, and my husband heard someone cooking.

The room and bathroom were both a good size, and for the price, it was perfect for the one night I needed in Surabaya. A fresh coat of paint would definitely make a big difference, as it’s clear the room had previously been used by smokers. That said, I would stay here again. It might just be the norm for this area or this type of accommodation, so I wasn’t too surprised. Some foreign travelers might find the condition a bit off-putting, but considering the value for money, it was worth it. Overall, I’m giving a good rating because I’d return in the future.

Not as expected in the application

My first experience staying at this hotel was below my expectations. The male receptionist was unfriendly, the hallway was narrow, dim, the blanket had lots of brown stains, and the pillowcase was blackish brown. It was scary. The advantage was the spacious room. It was difficult to order a Grab because it was close to the Karangpilang intersection which was super congested, and the driver was always stuck in traffic trying to pick me up.

Nice Hotel for transit... value for money... we stay for 1 night only, spacious room with 2 king beds, wifi was good, friendly staff... need some improvement for the linen, wall and some area details... thank you team...
