Every time I visit Plara, I always stay here. The price is cheap, but I get a clean room, cool air conditioning, and a buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly, except for the restaurant. The water gallon is empty, and the food isn't refilled, instead they gossip.

Fun, right on the beach

I don't know if it was a system error or intentional. When I opened the app, it said "VIP Junior Room." I clicked to pay for the standard room. When I arrived, the room was standard, even though the photo showed a beach view. It was a windowless room with no view, and noisy traffic because it's right next to the main road. Towels had to be requested, shampoo sachets, and the bathroom lights were out. For breakfast, I suggest arriving by 7:00 because they don't refill them, and taking just enough, don't overdo it. Those who stay later will be left with a bad taste. Climb the rooftop stairs above the restaurant; don't be surprised by the sight of rat droppings. Plus, the service is good, the breakfast is delicious, and the view is from the pool.

The hotel is clean, the view is very beautiful, directly overlooking the beach, the service is friendly, especially since there is a swimming pool, guys, recommended for a vacation with family.

The place is quite comfortable, breakfast is also good, if you want to go to Alfamart, just cross the street. Only the TV doesn't have any channels, hopefully it will be upgraded.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the room was infested with flies and cockroaches, the toilet and bathroom drains were clogged, and the pool water wasn't changed regularly, causing ripples from people's spit. It was a really nice place, though. I hope I can stay here again.

When I checked in, the bedsheets were dirty, but they were immediately changed. The staff was friendly. The view was nice too, as you could see the ocean right out of the room. I wasn't expecting it to look like an old house from the front, but once I got inside, it was fine.

The hotel facilities were good, but unfortunately, my child was sick when I was there, so I had to leave in a hurry, even though I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back next time.

It's good that it's close to the beach, but the facilities are terrible, shampoo sachets, just give suggestions to put towels and mats in the room so you don't have to wait for them to be delivered, there's no hot water, the TV isn't android, the receptionist isn't friendly, but the staff are very nice and polite.

The hotel building itself is basic, with some parts starting to look worn, like the rusty room keys (things rust easily along the coast). But the location is strategic, perfect for enjoying the beach. If I ever stay in Pelabuhan Ratu again, I'll probably stay here again. Oh, and the food is delicious, too.

This is my 2nd time here, the hotel and the beach are nice as usual and I got the exact same room as last year, only this time I stayed from the 14th to the 16th my AC was leaking, I don't know if the temperature was too high or what so the room was muddy, but I didn't mind, the hotel is great, the bed is soft, the view is good, cool, the breakfast is also delicious and for Mr. Agus as usual he is friendly and likes to joke😁 always success for 77 sunset plaza hotel👍
