Moldy, dirty, holey residence, no refund accepted

The room was clean. The water Heater was working good. Its suitable for family. The staff also friendly and assisted us with the transportation booking.

The location is stategic very close to the mosque, commercial lots as well as the ferry port.. It's a nice hotel with friendly staff and nice foods serve for our breakfast.. Will repeat to stay there again

It's OK, there's no window and there's no hot water for showering, but it's okay for RM40++/night,

Bedroom got molds, holes, and spiders. Bedsheet and pillow were dirty, and got holes too. Moreover, i think it's not that soundproof as other rooms' voices are so loud. It's a no smoking hotel but smelled of cigarettes. Can connect wifi but it won't work haha. Overall, not so worth it for the price paid.

Owner of hotel is friendly, we get upgrade room from the owner. The room is clean and cheap but the location to far.

This hotel is highly recommended for families and couples. Close to restaurants and the room is comfortable 🫶.

Rooms are very clean. The receptionist is very friendly. It's just a bit far from the Larkin terminal. As for hotels, everything is really ok.

If you take a break for a while its OK, but for stay no. I ordered this hotel because I missed my flight, so I just slept for a while because the price was ok. The mattress has lots of stains. The wall looks like it's going to peel off. The bathroom is clean but slippery. Warm water works fine. Friendly staff.

This accommodation is great. But Wi-Fi, Sometimes it will discontinue, and sometimes Wi-Fi is good, and other is okay 👍.

The room is small, stuffy because there is no window. Wifi is not good in the room, yeah according to the price.

The hotel was very dirty, from walkway up to the room. Inside the room the toilet was ok, but the bed is smelly and dirty with hairs. Even the OYO pillow was smelly. I feel uncomfortable and itchy when I sit in the room.
