There are lots of facilities for children, a warm water pool that is open until 9 o'clock, the view of the smoking room on the 9th floor below the mini zoo and playground is good, but the carpet and surabi feel dusty, the food is a choice of Banua, for sausages and cheese you have to ask at the pasta section, the children are comfortable and have lots of activities so they rarely stay in the room

While the facilities are child-friendly, the rooms, especially the mattresses and bed sheets and bed covers are dirty, brown, and itchy. The carpets are also dirty. The prayer room area on the 7th floor has smelly prayer robes, dirty carpets, and the bathrooms are not very clean.

The room was dirty, with cotton swabs left by the previous guest beside the bed. The room light was faulty, and even after being fixed, it took up sleep time and was very distracting. The Wi-Fi network was poor, and even my phone signal didn't reach the room. Wi-Fi should have been the solution, but the quality was lacking.

We just arrived at 22.00, which should have been a neat and clean room, but we arrived with a hairdryer hanging in front of the door. The room was dirty, there were still food left on the table, towels and footwear were not provided, the service was slow in handling things. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed staying here. Please pay attention to this from the hotel.

Friendly staff. Friendly security. Parking is difficult and fills up quickly. If it's full, use the valet and the location is far. Many activities, there is a swimming pool, indoor playground, outdoor playground, cooking class, mini zoo. But everything is paid except the swimming pool. Minizoo 10,000-20,000 per animal. Cooking class 125,000. The outdoor playground is free but you have to buy socks 10,000. The indoor playground is around 80,000. So be careful not to expect all facilities to be free included.

For a hotel as large as the Grand Tjokro, the pool seems too small. The area around the pool is also crowded, making it uncomfortable. All amenities are paid. The rooms are quite comfortable and smell good, as the mattresses and bedcovers are sprayed with fragrance.
