We've been regular customers for almost four years, staying here every time we go to Jogja. The service is good, but on our last visit to room 716, the water flow from the bathroom to the drain was a bit clogged, causing it to overflow. We contacted customer service, but the blockage persisted until we returned to Jakarta. Thank you.

The receptionist and all the staff were super friendly, and the hotel was quite comfortable. There was a slight smell of damp wood upon entering, but it wasn't bothersome. It was safe and well worth the price.
