Good accommodation, clean, have a lot of breakfast to choose from, including fruit, bread, croissants.

All in all it was a pleasant stay. Mosquitoes are abundant but that's primarily whole of Chiang Rai I guess. Very pleasant family and very helpful. Will be glad to stay again here.

Price is a little bit higher when compared to other equivalent accommodation.
