A truly beautiful and unforgettable view, a gorgeous sunset, accompanied by live music and courteous service from the bar staff. 🍸 Little children running along the beach and Germain with their dogs, chasing each other happily, was truly a heartwarming sight.

Happy because our room was upgraded from Deluxe to Terrace suite (located in the main building of the hotel near the beach) which from the back terrace is close to the adult pool area. Also close to access to the beach. I love the infinity pool with sea view. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The amenities are quite complete and smell good. The lobby is quite far from the Seminyak highway, but there is a 24-hour boogie car that can take you to the front. A comfortable and complete hotel in a strategic location in Seminyak. Definitely will come again next time.

Very happy my room was upgraded and room 121 was very nice, the view of the pool and the sea was super comfortable and friendly, all the staff and it was very easy to get to the beach, the sand was clean, the beach was clean and quiet. Will definitely come back to Alila.

The service is very good, room service offers room cleaning in the afternoon and offers additional water. When at the pool we were also given a bottle of cold water. Requests for children's toothbrushes were also given according to the number of children.

Not an ocean view room, more like a pool bar view. Room was far and noisy. Not what I paid for.

When I complained about the broken AC, the management quickly tried to fix it and moved us to a better upgraded room. I do appreciate their best efforts.

Can the room be upgraded to an ocean view. The check-in is also early in the morning at 12. The view is good, only for breakfast it's just normal. Enjoy staying here

Ini termasuk hotel favoritku di Seminyak Petitenget. Setelah pandemic ini coba kembali ke sini. Tapi ada sedikit penurunan kualitas. Ga signifikan si tapi dengan harga yang dibayar jadi annoying. Ruangan ku drop wifinya speednya cuman up to 2mbps tapi handling issuenya oke sekali. Pilihan breakfastnya juga menurunan ga se oke sebelum pandemic si ya mungkin berusaha pulih. Semoga segera seperti terdahulu ya. Tempatnya strategis dan dekat kemana-mana. Oke banget buat sunset di beach bar mereka langsung pantai. Poolnya gede-gede jadi family friendly menurutku.

The price is around 4 million with the condition of the room being very unsatisfactory. And around Seminyak there are still many better hotels at cheaper prices.

Just stayed at Alila Seminyak for the first time, it turns out that the hotel has 3 buildings, the main building is the beachfront and the other is a separate building, the information in the application is incomplete so you get rooms in separate buildings.
