Initially I checked in as usual but from the receptionist/staff on duty there was no offer of help carrying any luggage even though I brought 2 children, Vacationing at this hotel was very scary at first from the bathroom door could not be opened (because I took the room key to the toilet) tried to open it using the room key and finally it opened but the key was broken, before trying to open it with the room key I had already shouted for help but no staff helped and finally the hotel asked for a replacement fee of 50,000 it was not a matter of money but the unforgettable experience of being locked in the bathroom with a 4 year old child

The place is clean, the room is spacious. You can order breakfast, the receptionist is friendly. The swimming pool is also very clean, the bathroom is clean and there are 2 showers and there is an indoor one too, it is highly recommended.

Lovely big bed and bedroom with A/C. I enjoyed a swim in the pool. Nearby beach with restaurants on the seaside! Lovely, friendly staff. The hotel has a long driveway off the main road, so quite and private area. Safe parking for my bike.

The AC is not cold, the TV is broken, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Friendly staff. I ordered 2 rooms, the shower water was dead and the other one was very small. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the room lights were very dim. Please follow up again regarding the room facilities because in my opinion the location and parking area and swimming pool have added value to this hotel.

Basic accommodation, with plenty of hot water, ye the aircon was not cool enough. It ' s a cottage style with some privacy. No bottled water was provided, but Alfamart was close by.

This accommodation is suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. I was originally staying in a superior room which I found small, dark and without any storage space or fridge. I upgraded to a pool side room which was much spacious and had good natural light. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, there was adequate storage space and there was a fridge. The included breakfast was basic, however it was tasty, not having a restaurant at the hotel is disappointing. The hotel is located close to both Lovina and Seririt.

The room is dirty, the toilet doesn't work and the lights go off every half hour. After complaining to the receptionist finally our room was moved.

The lighting for access to the hotel building is still lacking. The shower needs to be repaired. The smell of the room is less than good
