Best hotel 🤩 I had a great vacation here. The PS5 game room has a lot of games. The service was great, and there was a complimentary breakfast even though I only had to wait 10 minutes for check-in because the room was still being cleaned. I was immediately given free snacks and pizza 🤩

The room does not match the picture in the app. I chose a family package room with a Tropicana swimming pool ticket (which turned out to be a separate swimming pool sob). In the room there are not many toys like the app picture, there is no rocking horse or starlight projector. 2. The room is not clean, I have a child who is allergic to dust. When entering the room there is a medium-sized carpet that is very poorly maintained and I think it is no longer suitable for a hotel, it has many stains, the color is faded, and dusty. The children's tent area is also not clean, the playmate has many stains. And my child's allergies recur when entering the tent. I asked the staff to replace the carpet if it can't be taken and asked for the tent area to be vacuumed again. The staff's response was okay, maybe because the hotel doesn't have a clean carpet so the carpet was taken. When sleeping at night my child kept sneezing until he had a nosebleed, I think the room needs a deep cleaning. 3. The bathroom area is not maintained, the toilet has a lot of stubborn limescale, the bathroom floor has a lot of white stains, as well as the sink has a lot of limescale stains. The water heater does not work at all. 4. There is no facial tissue, this is the first time I have found a hotel without such tissue. When I asked the staff, the staff informed me that there were only rolled tissues, wk very strange. 5. There are animal costumes whose colors are worn out, I think it is better not to display them there rather than embarrassing them. 6. There is a window that faces the river and bridge view, but the window is dirty and has lots of stains. 7. The walls are peeling and uneven. I booked a room for 2 nights with a total price of 1.8 million before tax, and I decided to check out early after 1 night. I was initially interested in staying at Yellow Bee TGR because I had previously stayed at the one in Cilitan, which had very good facilities. And it turned out to be very different here :((.

I've stayed here many times, when I tried the girly room, it was really nice.

1. The location is quite good in the city center, close to shopping. 2. The hotel service is quite good. 3. The room is a bit smelly and noisy from the upper floor and there are often knocking sounds from outside. 4. The bathroom is also dirty and smelly, the shower drain is clogged, someone else's used toothpaste. 5. The food is very lacking, only 1 menu and it is taken at the reception, not All You Can Eat like in hotels. 6. The floor is dusty.

The room is spacious, the bed is clean, but guests who bring children often make noise in the hallway, disturbing the comfort of others.

A friendly kid hotel that has a good ambiance. However, my room isn't fully clean. There is some dust on the ceiling. The carpet and blanket are dusty as well, and it's itchy. Outside the room, there is an unpleasant smell like garbage.

Perfect for a staycation with kids, and the added bonus is that there's a fully equipped laundry room. Highly recommended ✨
