The room was tiny. There was no Qibla direction sign. The room was dirty, with lipstick and makeup marks all over the walls. The wallpaper was peeling. The bathroom floor looked dirty and hadn't been scrubbed. When I checked in, I told the receptionist I wanted takeout breakfast. But when I checked out, they hadn't prepared anything. I felt like I'd missed out on booking breakfast inclusive. It's like a Fovere, but it feels like a guesthouse.

The hot water is not working, the bathroom is not very clean.

The bathroom was dirty, the wifi often disconnected, the hot water didn't work (I took a shower at 6 pm and it wasn't cold). The Fovere Hotel is now different from previous years. When I'm on business in Palangka Raya, I always stay at this hotel because it's comfortable. But now it's very different, especially the condition of the rooms. It seems poorly maintained. There are lots of stains on the walls and floors. The bathroom door requires extra effort to close.
