Strategic location in front of XXI and near legendary fried chicken

The rooms, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The strategic location makes it easy to find food nearby.

They say it's a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion it's a 2-star hotel. All the services are really bad, the receptionist is rude, the staff are poorly monitored, there's only 1 staff who I think is okay, his name is Indra, Indra's service is okay apart from that, there's nothing good in my opinion. The BF is also ordinary, there's nothing wow from a 4-star hotel. To book a room you have to request, whereas there shouldn't be a need to request if there is a room with 1 big bed, and another thing is the bathroom is also really bad, there is no spray, my child fell in the bathroom, there should be a spray, not all rooms are for adults only, there are small children too so my child fell from the bathroom and his forehead was bleeding. I've been here once and will never come here again.

This has been my hotel of choice several times when I've been to Jogja. Everything has been great.

City center, easy access

Always love staying here, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the access is right in the middle of the city, close to the shopping center, opposite the hotel is a cinema, the staff are friendly, yesterday I got a room on the 5th floor which was very unique because the room theme was colorful, complete amenities, there was a mini fridge too, a kettle was also provided, comfortable and clean, great 🙂✌️

The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are quite complete. One issue with the bathroom is that the shower is poorly maintained and damaged.

The hotel staff was very helpful. When there was a commotion in the corridor and it disturbed my sleep, I immediately contacted customer service and was immediately reprimanded, so I was finally able to sleep soundly.

It was so much fun, if I go to Jogja I will definitely come back again

The service and facilities are all excellent

We've stayed here twice. Although the first time we had insects in the bathroom and behind the TV, it didn't deter us from staying here. This second time, there were no issues, and we were even given a room with a mountain view. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. It will likely be our next choice for a staycation.
