Facilities: AC rooms, en-suite bathrooms with water heaters, 1 towel per room, no free soap, free Wi-Fi and gallon water near the room, there is a public pantry. Staff Assistance: friendly. Highlights: clean but cramped rooms, but it's still good. Price: cheap compared to others. Location: very strategic near the crowd, easy to find food.

Good afternoon, this is my umpteenth time staying at Bantal Guling Pasar Baru and it's really nice, perfect for me who likes solo traveling, the location is not too far from the city and is pocket-friendly, making it the best choice for me. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll stay here again. It's definitely trusted by me... Always be successful... 🙏😊

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is good, close to Braga, but the condition of the hotel room is dirty, the sheets are full of ants and dust, the bathroom smells and the sink tap has a small water tap.

Pay more attention to the indoor facilities because watering takes quite a long time, and if possible, renew the pillows for a more comfortable rest. Other than that, it's highly recommended with very pocket-friendly prices for backpackers... For breakfast (kupat tahu, chicken porridge, yellow rice/uduk rice) and dinner (fried rice), there are several recommended ones near the accommodation...

In my opinion, the facilities are lacking, the bed is too narrow and uncomfortable and it sinks. I think I'll only stay there once. Not recommended. Because I've previously stayed at other hotels that were cheaper but had pretty good facilities than this one. The plus is the staff is friendly and it's close to the city center.

I was assisted by Mr. Hengki, who was very friendly. He also told me that transportation was also available. I happened to book a room for two people. The prayer space was very cramped, but it was clean and all the facilities were functional. Awesome!

I'm quite tolerant, actually. But I think this is really fatal. Well, it's worth the price. If it were just a lot of spots on my sheets, it wouldn't be a problem as long as they don't smell. Maybe old stains are hard to remove. But these sheets were dirty, they didn't smell anything, but they were full of bed bugs. I was really shocked when I was going to sleep, there were small insects. The worst thing is the water is yellow. The sink is yellow, the shower is the same. You have to drain the old water first to make it clear again, but it doesn't take long for it to turn yellow again. And if you're the type who needs warm water to be hot, then this isn't suitable because the water is only warm to the touch. Almost cool, in fact. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. I don't know if all rooms are like this or not, but the cleanliness of the mattress and water definitely needs to be improved. Don't wait for it to go viral, it's too late. The only person who isn't disappointed here is the guard.

The staff is unresponsive, the bathroom water often goes out from afternoon until midnight, the AC doesn't work all day, the bathroom smells, and the toilet flush doesn't work. I'm fed up with booking at that price, there are still many better ones at the same price.

small room, AC is not cold at all even though I have waited 3 hours, blankets and pillows smell musty, sheets and pillowcases are white but have turned yellow. the walls are moldy (fungus) incredibly damp and stuffy because there is no air ventilation and no windows. very unsuitable for resting/sleeping on vacation coming from Jakarta. the owner is only looking for money and money without any effort to maintain the building which is already 11 years old. . can't ask to move to a room with cold AC on the grounds that it is full. the first day of a very annoying vacation, I'm fed up!
