Tidak sesuai ekspektasi: handuknya sudah lusuh (nampak kucel); TV nya rusak, kamar mandi tidak bersih, stop kontak untuk mendidihkan air harus pinjam.

The service is very good, all the staff are friendly, the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and calm. the room was very clean, the bathroom was also clean. Next will stay here again. Really recommended dech. For breakfast at 6 o'clock it's ready just don't have time to eat because of chasing an early flight. Over all very satisfying.

Near to the airport & helpful staff.

Extremely friendly, lovely and helpful owner and driver. spacey VIP room. breakfast average. sometimes music from neighbours (as in almost all places on Flores) and not in the responsibility of the hotel). No daily room make up (I guess because only very few people spend 3 nights in Ende as I did). A few steps to go to a good restaurant and a little further to an ATM from BNI.

No hotel management, noisy at that time for a soccer player team inside premises
