The receptionist was unfriendly, even though the front desk staff was already unpleasant from the start of check-in. I booked two rooms, one for two nights and one for one night. When I reconfirmed, which room number was the one for the two nights? The male receptionist answered carelessly without looking at the data, saying, "It's the same, ma'am, the rooms are the same." Please see first, check first, then talk.

I got married here in 2020 and still am. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the rooms smell great, they're comfortable, and the air conditioning is great...
It really makes you feel at home.

My son loved the food at the hotel, the view of the planes landing and taking off was crystal clear, and the sound didn't enter the room, making it comfortable. The only downside was the TV service; Netflix would have been so much better...

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, the food was delicious and many variations for the elderly and children. Booked a connecting room but it was not available, Stayed on the 6th floor with the Air Conditioner set at 20°c but it was not cold, confirmed with the Front Office and technician but the condition remained the same. Will still be an option for the next stay. Thankyou.

It was truly beyond expectations that an airport hotel could be this comfortable. This hotel offers amenities beyond those of an airport hotel. It turned out to be a great place for a staycation. I'll probably stay here again someday.
