Small room space difficult to solat, no TV channels and weak Wi-Fi signals, need to improve!

-Ve points: The room is small for a twin bed. Would be good to have a small fridge. Carpet Outside the rooms were not that presentable. Quality carpet could transform hotel image into a classy hotel.+ve points: Bathroom, toilet and showers were fine, Reception were good and hospitable, Parking were available right in front of hotel, no parking fees by authorities.

The hotel is nice. The room is clean and the staffs are really friendly. You would always feel welcomed here 😊. The ac and water heater works fine. We like the fact that they don't put too much decoration and the location is also great. It's easy to find parking in the area, there are coffee shop, restaurant and supermarket near this hotel. The only disadvantage would be if you need to use iron, it's outside the room and would have to share with the other guests. Hairdryer & fridge is not provided.

The front office needs to be more knowledgeable, places that provide breakfast, lunch, dinner that can help customers who ask. Clean room.

The hotel is not far from the city, parking is easy, the room is clean but a little small. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

The room is too small... X basic facilities are available. For example, the cloth covering the toilet legs is not there

The a/c sound is quite noisy. Can improve again. A restful sleep is very important for a vacation. Tq2.

Very near to the airport and next to hotel have secret recipe and 3 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Clinic also just next door. Definitely will come again for my business trip. Thank you Ms. Adiba and team for the hospitality.

I check in at hotel at 6 pm. But the receptionist said the room are not ready yet, so I waited till 8.30 pm to check in until they finish clean the room. Also they don't provide face tissue on the room. Its a very bad experience where if you travel from far away to have a good rest.

Pro: Location quite OK, receptionist was OK, quite a lot TV channel. Cons: Budget hotel with quite high price, cleanness not very OK, AC very noisy and not cold, I don't thing they sanitize room during covid.
