This rental is for parents because it is close to the student boarding house area and campus. So the nearest location is all cheap eateries. The price is okay, but my elderly parents got it on the 3rd floor, and by stairs everywhere it's a shame. But it's okay considering the price. Unfortunately, here for drinks you can only get a dispenser on the 1st floor so it's a hassle going back and forth.

It's more like a boarding house than a hotel, the room wasn't cleaned on the second day, you only get 1 towel, the parking lot is very narrow and you have to pay for parking several times, they say it's sharia but at 1 am you can hear the sound of people fighting really loudly.
