The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was a bit cramped, though. So far, so good. I'm satisfied with my stay here. 👍

The accommodation was quite clean and comfortable, but there was no hot water for bathing. The shower didn't work properly, so you had to collect water before showering. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is very strategic, located in a residential area overlooking Lake Toba. You can ride jet skis in the morning, and live music at night. There is also a swimming pool, although it is a bit small, but the water is clean and regularly changed. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Overall, the room is very comfortable. You also get a free breakfast in the morning. The service is good. The parking lot in front of the hotel is a bit small, but there is parking nearby.

Highly recommended, the vibe is great, the hotel rooms are incredibly clean, keep it up. My only suggestion is that if possible, the bathroom equipment, like the shower, could be upgraded, it would be even better.

The hotel is okay. But there is live music at night so it is very disturbing, as if I brought my family.

Check in at 24.00 its okay, friendly service, 2 swimming pools, direct view of Lake Toba, can stop the ferry from in front of the room. Amazing 👍

The parking area is not very large, the service is quite friendly, the rooms are clean, there is no menu variation, only fried rice with egg/coffee/tea is available.

Petugas-nya ramah dan cepat tanggap, ketika check in dengan menyebutkan nama langsung diantar ke kamar sesuai pesanan (lantai atas) karena sudah booking via online. Kolam renang tersedia dan yang ingin renang lebih menantang bisa langsung renang di Danau Toba. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan keselamatan tamu yang berenang di danau dan ketersediaan sarapan agar ke depan bisa menjadi best in class di kawasan Tuk Tuk.
