The main highlight was the sunset view. It was so magical. Room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom. It was too dim that it’s hard to get my makeup done 😅 Breakfast food tasted yummy, and there were many options to choose from.

The corner of the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the shower handle was broken. The light near the TV turned on by itself twice—in the middle of the night and in the morning.

The best for hotels in its class, for complete and spacious rooms, only need to add the direction of the Qibla.

We had a wonderful stay at Katamaran Hotel and a really great experience overall. The room we booked had a small water issue at first, but it was handled super fast and very professionally—no fuss, no stress at all. All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The food at The Sail restaurant was amazing, and a special shout-out to the chefs who made tumis kangkung and es teler especially for us. My husband absolutely loved it! The swimming pool is great, and the sunset views are just beautiful. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we’ll definitely come back again and again. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Stunning resort in a stunning location on a stunning island & you couldn't really want for much more. Every one of the team displays the highest levels of service I think I've ever received, friendly and polite, also very kind. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, no expense spared with the attention to detail. The breakfast will blow your socks off with how good it is, really tasty local and international cuisines, with an egg station (fried, omelette, etc.) fresh croissants and pastries and everything is made in-house. Pancakes, waffles, french toast, cakes, puddings, juices, and some GF options too. Whenever I'm in Senggigi, I always stay here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
