Strategic location, fun and polite staff. Cool aircon, water heater worked well. But sadly, it's an old hotel.

The location is near to Havelock MRT Station. Eating place is 5 minutes walking to Tiong Bahru market. The location is good, but the cleanliness is not so okay... Maybe because it's an old hotel, they should change the carpet in the room. It's dirty and old... and the tiles in the bathroom also have lots of stains... The bed and aircon are okay.

Hotel very quiet, reception is very friendly, warm welcome, and help me to guide destinations in city and travel place. Hotel near Havelock MRT. Hotel downstairs has restaurants. Hotel clean and not expensive, suitable for family, room is very big for 3 person.

the room is not the same as the photos. It is an old hotel, but it is not clean anymore. I even found old bread from a previous customer, but it is a good area near the station.

Good location, very near Havelock MRT station and Tiong Bahru Market. Even though the facility is a bit old, it is well maintained, everything just fits.

The carpet was old and smelly. Bathroom is old need to upgrade. No visitor to visit you in the room policy was not made known . Only at the point of checkin there was a small notice . Restaurant was exceptional . Food was good and breakfast was awesome . The aunty in the morning shift at the restaurant was so kind helpful . Reception was ok, Straight to the point and so afraid of hotel management .

It is very convenient because it is close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

I just stay over a night with family..it's convenient for senior because hotel at entrance easily order Grab and bed in room lower as good for senior too!

Location is ok for that price, but facilities are a bit old, curtains are dirty, feels like a motel in Vietnam

Although the room has no window but still very ok, good housekeeping service, simple check in - out.

i rarely write negative reviews, i stayed 4nights, no cleaning service, only take the trash from trash bin, no towel change for 3 days, they also didnt change the linen for 4days, musty smell comes from carpet n curtain, the location strategic near of mrt, clean bathroom

The reception staff is very helpful, friendly and nice, English, Indonesian (please) if you stay I recommend yes

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The roomkeeping was also very helpful and nice. It’s just an old building with old carpets, so you see stains in the carpet. However, there is no particular lingering smell and the bathroom and shower area is very clean!
