The room and living room were very well-sized, but unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue when I arrived, causing the bidet to shut off and the water to become cloudy several times. It looks like it needs a little renovation to make it feel cleaner. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options.

Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, delicious food, and a great location. The only downside is the toilet water, which smells like moss.

After a fairly heavy downpour, water leaked through the walls, dripping until the morning. I'm not sure if this was due to the rain or a leaking water pipe. Hopefully, the hotel will address this issue for the comfort of its guests.

Toilet using recycled water, cloudy and smells bad, the curtain is broken, there's vomit on the elevator floor, staff entered my room without permission while I was still in the room, really disappointed!!

My first stay here was really good for this price. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the sheets and towels were clean, the hot water was good, not damp, and the food was also good, both in taste and variety. I will definitely stay here again next time. However, access to the Cilandak area is definitely congested, so please be patient.

My first stay was very memorable. At check-in, the kids were given a free gelato coupon. Then, when we were in the room, the facilities were quite complete. The room was spacious and clean. I can recommend staying again. Thank you, Ra Premiere Simatupang, for the service provided.

All the staff are very helpful and the hotel is so comfortable that it makes you want to stay there again.

Staff can be trained to be friendlier, the toilet water in the hotel room kept leaking even though I called the staff to fix it, but it still leaked.
