We checked in at 4 p.m., but the room wasn't ready. It was still a mess, so we had to change rooms and wait again. Another thing: while we were having breakfast, even though we were still sitting at the dining table eating fruit, the waiter suddenly took our plates away. I think this is unethical, as there weren't many guests, so it felt like they were being shooed away. Hopefully, things will improve, as the price isn't cheap.
