The hotel staff is friendly, not scary at all, easy access by the roadside, which is also why I couldn't sleep because I could hear the sound of motorbikes because I got a room on the side, but overall it was okay. There is no water heater, so if you are afraid of water like cats, don't take a bath like me. Maybe next time I go to Puncak, but I don't want a room on the side, hehe.

Overall, it's okay, but because it's an old building, it's not well maintained. The water went out for a while, but the service was quick and it came back on quickly. The bathroom sink was broken, so I had to think hard to get it to work... there's a secret faucet, haha. There's hot water... to swim, you have to cross to the cottage next door (it's still owned by the same owner).

The lights are dim. The spray paint is dull.

I've always been a regular here, the most favorite and most comfortable place. Easy access to go out to find culinary/find transportation. Good service because the staff are friendly.. Basically, it's recommended even though it's an old hotel (always provide a thermos in the room).. Affordable price

THE TV REMOTE BATTERY IS LOST, THE WATER THERMOS IS NOT A WATER HEATER. I ORDERED 2 ROOMS AND GIVEN 1 TOWEL. IF I DON'T ASK FOR IT, I WON'T KNOW. THE BED IS CANCELLED, THE BED SMELLS.

The hotel is strategically located on the main road.. the rooms are comfortable, but the water heater needs to be repaired so that it can be used, and the toilet seat can be repaired if possible, and the TV is also not clear even though it seems like it has cable TV.. 1 more thing, for breakfast, please make it like a buffet because there are buffet tools there but they are not used, they are just like decorations... please try to repair the management so that those who stay there will not be disappointed and it will be more crowded because honestly, the hotel is very strategic 🙏🙏🙏

The door to the room couldn't be locked, the toilet was constantly leaking, the cupboard was rotten and full of mold, the towels were dirty and the mattress was dirty when we entered 🫣🫣

When I entered the room, I was a bit scared because there was a cockroach on the bed. The bathroom door couldn't be locked because it was broken. We rented two rooms, and both bathroom doors were broken and couldn't be locked, making showering uncomfortable. It was obvious that the building was under-maintained and old.
