Thank you for purchasing a Grand Deluxe and upgrading to a Junior Suite. The room was very spacious, had a bathtub, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room phone was broken, there was not enough soap, and there was no hair dryer, as was typical for a Junior Suite. Overall, it was okay.

The staff was nice and the room was spacious. It's a shame there wasn't a hairdryer, as you had to pay 50,000 Rupiah to borrow one. There was also very little soap and tissue.

Centrally located and close to shopping centers, the location is convenient. Parking is limited, however. Room facilities are good, clean, and tidy.

There are some rooms at the end that aren't as spacious as the others. I got a very small room, unlike the usual spacious ones. I arrived early but got a very small room.

There's a playground near the restaurant, which is very helpful when bringing children. Perhaps maintenance could be improved.

I felt very at home and comfortable staying here, initially staying 5 days but ended up staying 9 days.
