The staff was friendly, but for 829 thousand rupiah, you couldn't get any food. The door was broken, and there were no cutlery or plates.

Arrived, checked in first, but was given a room belonging to a later guest, even though the room type was the same. The front office could be more transparent when managing guests, especially during peak hours.

The interior of the lobby and living room is magnificent. The staff are friendly. However, the rooms are small, making them a bit cramped, and it doesn't feel like a good value for the price.

My second stay here. Initially, it was because it was close to the toll road, but it turns out that besides being close to the toll road, there are many cafes and eateries around the hotel within walking distance. Resinda Mall is also close. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff, from the receptionist to the security guard to the housekeeper, are all friendly and always quick to offer assistance when I brought a baby and my belongings. The room was also clean and comfortable. The view from the room was also beautiful. Oh yes, the food is quite varied and delicious. Overall, it's definitely worth it for a staycation.

Strategic location, easy to reach. The surrounding area is well-stocked with restaurants and other food vendors, close to minimarkets, malls, and entertainment centers.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and next door was a bar called Tropical, which was very noisy until 2 a.m., disrupting sleep. I recommend at least providing earplugs to reduce the noise during sleep.

The hotel's location is strategic and easy to find. It's a very comfortable stay, with soft beds and clean sheets. It has a swimming pool and gym, making it perfect for families or just a short vacation in Karawang.

I often stay here every time I go to Karawang, so far the service is good and cleanliness is maintained, but the parking lot is sometimes full, so I have to park outside the hotel.
