Wi-Fi is broken, there is no trash can in the bathroom.

Great. The location is close to us, who will be having a health checkup at Gleneagles Penang.

Clean rooms, spacious rooms, quite complete facilities, staff are quite friendly and informative.

The staff is quite friendly. The room is large with 2 beds complete with kitchen utensils such as plates, knives, cups. There is also a washing machine but I didn't try it because I only stayed 2 nights. If you want to go to Glenagles Hospital, it's very close, just walk. Right next door. You can leave your luggage if you want to go for a walk after checking out. However, the toilet is not very clean. This is a photo of the view from my room's balcony. For the price, it's very worth it.

It was fun. I initially moved units because the previous unit had a small refrigerator, and I was staying for 12 days and needed a larger refrigerator. They agreed to move units.

It's nice to be able to move rooms if we're not happy with the unit.

At first I stayed here everything was okay.

Two weeks staying at Mansion One was comfortable and the place was clean and very family-friendly.

The room is spacious, can accommodate 4 people. The shower is terrible, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

The reception is not flexible, too stiff.

The location, the room, and its cleanliness were okay. However, the front staff service quality was bad. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was not user-friendly and less informative.

There are no hangers in the bathroom. The Hexos in the bathroom might not be working. Please replace the rose-scented body wash. Please replace the hangers with sturdy ones.

Overall, it's okay, but it would be even better if it had a washing machine and a larger refrigerator. The best thing about this place is that besides being just a short walk across the street to Island Hospital, there's a water dispenser so you don't have to buy drinking water.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was quite clean, although the furnishings did look a bit worn, but it was still usable. A suggestion would be to pay attention to the toilet's scent. Thank you.
