I've booked at this hotel many times, and it's always great, especially the consistent hot showers. However, the last time I got a room with a non-functioning hot shower, even though I chose this hotel for its affordability and consistent hot showers.

The door wasn't very clean, and there were marks from an AC leak. The bed was hard and squeaky, the shower had a strong, steady flow, and the AC was cold.
