Very comfortable and quiet, have stayed here twice.

For standard rooms, it has exceeded expectations, cold AC, hot water, TV with many channels, clean room.

For a 2-star hotel, the facilities are quite complete, especially the hot water shower, whereas some 3-star hotels seem to reduce the intensity of their hot water shower, this hotel doesn't.

The hotel is old and needs repairs.

For that price, what I got was quite worth it... the air conditioning was cool. The only downside was that you couldn't smoke in the room. Luckily, there was a smoking area that was quite comfortable and cool.

The room was quite big but when I first entered the room I could smell a really pungent smell of urine and there were stains on the sheets.

Came here because it was close to midnight on the Jambi Rengat trip. The room atmosphere was a bit scary, the bathroom water suddenly turned on in the middle of the night. The room atmosphere, I don't know if it was the air or what, but it just felt scary.

The staff was very helpful even though I came at night

In the future, before guests check in, please make sure the floor is clean and there is no hair left from previous guests.

The bathroom is really lacking, but otherwise it is enough to sleep in. The room is also clean.

The AC often jams. The curtains smell. Very noisy, the wall is at the end of the terrace. Asked for the upper floor but was given the lower floor.
