It was a very good stay overall!

The hotel is nice, and close to Lake Toba, the staff are friendly, the food is also good, only the restaurant is not 24 hours.

It's quite comfortable, just make sure the live music doesn't disturb people who are resting.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Samosir Cottage... Next time I want to stay longer.

The place was okay, but the noise from outside was really loud inside. We stayed in room 107. The food was varied, but I would have liked to see a bit more improvement in the taste.

The staff was very helpful and assisted very kindly when we asked to upgrade our room ❤️ location of the room was also strategic, very near to the hotel’s restaurant and privacy was very good ☺️ The room was great! So big and spacious, clean, the water heater works well and lots of amenities were included too! Breakfast meal included with the room package was quite nice 👍

The hotel can have power outages all night. This hotel is terrible. It's so torturous staying here. It's so hot. I can't sleep because it's so hot and dark in the room.

There was a problem with the door lock, it took 3 visits to the receptionist for them to send maintenance personnel. Location is perfect for quite get away.
