The AC is sometimes loud, sometimes there's no air. The shower is unpredictable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, with no clear settings.

The place is spacious. There are two swimming pools. Beautiful views. The location is right on the lake's edge.

The view and swimming pool were okay, but the bathroom smelled awful. The smell lingered for two days. Sleep was disrupted by the smell spreading from the bathroom to the bedroom. Since the location is close to the harbor, it was okay to stay there. If possible, improve the cleanliness of the bathroom. Thank you.

It was a very good stay overall!

The hotel is nice, and close to Lake Toba, the staff are friendly, the food is also good, only the restaurant is not 24 hours.

It's quite comfortable, just make sure the live music doesn't disturb people who are resting.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Samosir Cottage... Next time I want to stay longer.

The place was okay, but the noise from outside was really loud inside. We stayed in room 107. The food was varied, but I would have liked to see a bit more improvement in the taste.

The staff was very helpful and assisted very kindly when we asked to upgrade our room ❤️ location of the room was also strategic, very near to the hotel’s restaurant and privacy was very good ☺️ The room was great! So big and spacious, clean, the water heater works well and lots of amenities were included too! Breakfast meal included with the room package was quite nice 👍

All good. Wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan.
